It happened 8 years ago when they got the VIP treatment at a Laygate Community School prom.
The children were about to start their lives in the “Big School”, but they wanted to venture into new fields in style.
The kids asked if they could have a prom and the staff response was a resounding “Yes!”
The youngsters were driven around town in four stretch limousines before returning to school for the disco and buffet.
