Police released the names of three people who died in a limousine traffic accident along the Bulawayo-Victoria Falls highway on Thursday.
The three died after the left rear tire of a Lincoln limousine they were traveling in had blown, drifted off the road and hit a tree on the 138 km bracket.
The deceased traveled from Bulawayo to Victoria Falls.
In a statement, Superintendent Resistant Ncube, The Outpost Editor (Press, Public and International Relations) Police General Headquarters said:
“The victims have been clearly identified by their next of kin as follows: Norman Moyo, a male adult aged 30 from number 4240 Lobengula West, Bulawayo. Rumbidzai Mhlanga, a female adult aged 30 from Ndlovu Secondary School, Victoria Falls and Dingulwazi Mhlanga, a male adult aged 30 from Lookout Masuku Barracks, Bulawayo. “
A fourth victim died at St. Luke’s Hospital and Supt Ncube asked the public to identify the deceased.
“The Republic of Zimbabwe Police are calling on the public with missing relatives to visit St. Luke’s Hospital and help identify the fourth victim, an adult male who died on hospital admission,” said Supt Ncube. – @bonganinkunzi
